Artists pitch the art and the lore. You pick one. It launches on pump.fun.
Post the idea and a bounty. Pitches arrive sealed, so nobody copies anybody. You hold the dev bag; the artist earns the creator fees.
A rich cat who owns your apartment building and raises rent every time you look at it. Gold chain, zero empathy.

Every pitch arrived sealed: only a count and a fingerprint were public.
A coin idea in a few lines, up to three reference images, and one escrow deposit: the bounty, your opening buy and a small listing fee. Pick the window and the fee split.
patronArtists send a name, ticker, logo and lore. Until the window closes, everyone sees only a counter and a sha256 fingerprint per pitch, so nobody can copy anybody.
artistThe seals break at once and the gallery opens. You have 48 hours to pick. Anyone signed in can upvote, one wallet one vote, as a tie-break if you go quiet.
everyoneThe keeper launches the winning pitch on pump.fun exactly as the artist wrote it. You get the dev bag. The artist gets the bounty and a permanent share of creator fees.
keeper

A ghost who DJs at 3am raves and only plays songs from 2009. Headphones mandatory.

A mushroom wizard who grows in the dark and casts spells on red candles.

A bear who hibernates through every dip and wakes up for the pump. Pajamas optional.
A retired factory robot that now DJs weddings. Only knows one song.
A raccoon in a monocle who insists the trash is vintage.
A penguin rapper in a backwards cap. Cold bars only.
0.1 to 100 SOL, escrowed when you post and paid in the launch transaction.
0 to 20 SOL. The keeper makes the opening buy and the tokens go straight to your wallet. 0 is allowed: then you hold no bag.
0.02 SOL on mainnet. Refunded with everything else if no pitch arrives.
pump.fun pays creator fees to the shareholders directly. The artist share is set at post time, anywhere from 40% to 80%. COMMISSION’s 10% is fixed; the patron gets the rest.
The keeper never edits shares after launch, and a watcher re-checks the on-chain split every few minutes.
In v1 the COMMISSION keeper does. Each commission gets its own vault, funded by one transaction from the patron. Bounties are capped at 100 SOL and dev buys at 20 SOL, mainnet launches pass an operator review, and every vault and transaction is public. An on-chain escrow program is planned for v2.
pump.fun lets the creator account edit fee shares, and in COMMISSION that account is the commission's vault. The keeper never edits shares. A watcher re-reads the on-chain split every few minutes and shows a public warning on the coin page if it ever differs from what was posted.
No pitches by the deadline means a full refund: bounty, dev buy and listing fee. If the patron doesn't pick within 48 hours, the most-upvoted pitch wins (it needs 3 votes from wallets other than the artist); otherwise the earliest pitch with the most votes. A commission with pitches always launches.
Only while there are zero pitches, with a full refund. After the first pitch arrives the commission can't be cancelled, but the deadline can be extended once, by up to 72 hours.
The server never sends a sealed pitch's name, ticker, lore, artist or image to anyone but its artist: not in pages, APIs or share images. What is public is a fingerprint, the sha256 of the pitch contents. After the reveal anyone can check that each revealed pitch matches the fingerprint it was sealed with.
No. COMMISSION is an independent wrapper that launches coins through pump.fun's public program. It is not affiliated with pump.fun. Coins are new memecoins with no promised value, and creator-fee shares are pump.fun's mechanism, not a yield.
